Baby In Bloom offers Free Shipping for order over $65.  Baby In Bloom prides itself on quick shipping to you.  We offer several options for shipping.  

We highly encourage customers to purchase Route Shipping Protection insurance at checkout in addition to any additional shipping charges for orders not utilizing our in-store or local pickup options.

Paying for Route protection at checkout does not replace any shipping fees associated with an order under the free shipping minimum. 

Route is a package protection that covers lost, damaged, or stolen items. Protect your order for $0.98 USD if the cart is less $100, or 1% of the cart value of  the cart total is over $100. Once a transaction/order has been completed via the website, Route is not able to be added to the order or removed from an order.

Returns:

Items are only eligible for exchanges or store credit.

If an order was made by mistake, the store can be emailed at babyinbloom@pldi.net, and asked to cancel. If the item has not been processed and packaged yet, you are eligible for a return less our fee from your payment form (this varies from 3-6% give or take depending on what checkout method was used).

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, such as underwear, pacifiers or headbands/bows, and other items as well.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Preorders and Presales
Any item that has had personalization
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with an order number.

Return Credit (if applicable - read reasons above)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will approve or reject your return item based on condition and other criteria. 
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, or we will ship your exchange item. Shipping will be charged on exchanges as the item was shipped once already. To avoid a new shipping charge, customer has to spend $50 in new product.
