Paying for Route protection at checkout does not replace any shipping fees associated with an order under the free shipping minimum. 

Route is a package protection that covers lost, damaged, or stolen items. Protect your order for $0.98 USD if the cart is less $100, or 1% of the cart value of  the cart total is over $100. Once a transaction/order has been completed via the website, Route is not able to be added to the order or removed from an order.

Items are eligible for exchange or store credit within 21 days of purchase. All items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Certain items — such as intimate goods, personalized products, and gift cards — are final sale.
